Basic Requirements for Canada Visa:

• Passport Valid for 6 Months 

FAMILY VISIT RELATIONS

• ​Proof of your relationship to your family member – completed Statutory Declaration

The person who is the Canadian citizen, person registered under Canada’s Indian Act or permanent resident, must download and fill out this form

• Proof that your extended family member is a Canadian citizen, person registered under Canada’s Indian Act or permanent resident. For example, you can provide a copy of their birth certificate or their Canadian passport.
• A copy of the letter from the family member inviting you to Canada. The letter must be written to you from your family member.

TRAVEL HISTORY

• A clear copy of 1 or more of the following: your previous passports and/or visas (used within the last 10 years to travel

outside your country), entry and exit stamps,  study and/or work permits that indicate your duration outside of your country, expired or valid visas

FINANCIAL CAPACITY & EMPLOYMENT

• Bank Certificate showing account details At least 6 months of account details, including balances, helps us understand your financial situation
• Recent Employment Certificate – not made earlier than 3mos from application (Indicate Name of employer, position, date started, description of job, current salary, contact information of manager, email address, office address and signature of manager)
•  Approved Leave of Absence indicating dates of Canada stay
